Collin and his team did a fantastic job on a very large project for us last fall. Our new construction home in Simpsonville had no usable back yard as there was a steep slope down from the edge of our back porch and also a slope up to the back neighbors’ properties. They installed a retaining wall with drainage and backfilled with rock and topped with dirt to give us level ground so that we could do some landscaping. On the other side of the wall, they killed all of the wild vegetation, put down landscaping fabric, and then river rock so that we wouldn’t have to maintain that area. They also put down fabric on the area they leveled to prepare it for landscaping later. Highly recommend!

“I’ve already started discussing Project #3 with Collin!”

I’ve worked with Collin on 2 projects and I’m 100% pleased with the results. The 1st project was a result of Hurricane Helene when a huge oak fell and destroyed an island of trees/shrubs in my backyard. There was also a pre-existing drainage issue. The CollinsBrooke team cleared, graded, installed a French drain and regraded a ditch that led to the catch basin. They finished off with planting new trees and sodding. (I recently had a representative from Greenville County Soil and Water Conservation at my home and he commented on what a good job the contractor did with the regraded ditch!)
The 2nd project was a retaining wall. The team replaced a 100′ long wooden retaining wall that was literally falling apart. This was done in July so super hot but the team worked tirelessly to clear the area, remove the old wall and replace it with a stone structure that will last for many, many years…structurally sound and aesthetically pleasing! During both projects, the crew was fabulous: well organized, professional and always polite.
